Subject to these terms, I offer refunds on purchases of my services, only before they have been provided and your customized process begins. Once you begin a service that is more than one session, I do offer refunds within 14 days after you begin your program. If more than 14 days have gone by since delivery of your program, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have started, followed and given your full commitment to receive the results you desire. To complete your refund on a program or course that was customized for you, I will require a reasonable response for your request.
Where programs have been personally customized for you, they are non-refundable unless results are not provided to you. Please be sure to confirm all details prior to purchasing any of my services.
If you need a refund, due to not receiving the results you desired, after putting in the commitment for your success, send me your reason for a refund at my contact email address on this website. Once your request is received, I will send you an email to notify you of your refund approval or rejection, depending on your individual situation. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days after the refund is confirmed to be a reasonable request.
When you request a refund, you should consider your commitment to the program personally provided for your transformation to be effective. If you are not ready, do not start, communicate with me or want results toward healing, then please do not purchase my services.
